The Burnt Marshmallow: The Burnt Marshmallow refers to our house. One day, a few years ago, we were leaving and I said, "everybody say, 'By House". I didn't think about it much, but another day, I said, "everybody say, By Marshmallow", and one of the kids said, "no dad, it looks more like a burnt marshmallow". From then on, that has been the name of our house. Maybe a little corny, but, that is me and our family as well. It has been a great house to live in for the few years we have lived here. We have our small complaints, however, they are disappearing with the years as we make the house more our 'Home'. Emily does a great job making it such and it is a place where hopefully, someday our children will come and bring their friends to hang out and we can know that they are safe and happy. This is our family blog, so we may both make posts at times (I will try not to only post hunting and hiking pictures for all to enjoy).
